Our Mission

Harvey Transportation Assistance Foundation (HTAF) is a 501(c)(3) public charity established to remove transportation barriers that keep individuals and families from reaching the healthcare, employment, education, and community resources they need. Transportation is one of the most common — and most overlooked — obstacles standing between Tennesseans and the services that support their health and independence. HTAF exists to close that gap.

As a registered 501(c)(3) public charity, HTAF relies on donations and community partnerships to fund the transportation assistance it provides. Every application is reviewed individually against program eligibility, supporting documentation, and available funding — submitting an application is not a guarantee of assistance, but every request receives real review.

  • Applications are reviewed under written eligibility criteria.
