Ride availability is not guaranteed. Harvey Taxi may limit, delay, reject, or cancel requests based on safety, verification status, service coverage, driver availability, technical issues, or policy enforcement.
Fees, fares, donations, or other charges processed through the platform may be handled through third-party payment providers. Users are responsible for reviewing charges before completion.
Harvey Taxi may require identity verification, account review, or background screening for certain platform functions. Access to some features may be suspended or denied until review is completed.
The platform is provided on an “as available” basis. Harvey Taxi does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or always-available service.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Harvey Taxi Service LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
Harvey Taxi may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the revised terms.
